Looking for my place in the world as a writer...
We are all told, "live your life to the fullest"; I am here to do just that. At 55 and retired from the US Army. I am now on the verge (well, in about 7 years) of retiring from my second career. What to do, what to do? I asked myself that a few times and then came up with an idea. I have a lot of useless knowledge, experience, and history. Why not write? Or at least, why not give it a shot. So, that's what I am going to do. If you are interested, come along with me on this journey to see where the story ends up going. Will it go back in time? Maybe up in space? Not sure, really, but if you are up for some storytelling and funny, please join me.

JL Cosgriff is a retired US Army Warrant Officer with multiple combat tours. Additionally, he has a background in Information/Cyber Security, holding multiple certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CDPSE.
When he isn't doing his day time job, he is learning how to turn his passion of story telling into a career in writing.
